Q + A

1. What should I wear?

The theme is Elegant with Western Flair! We’re aiming for a sophisticated, yet unique celebration. Ladies, feel free to wear a fun cocktail dress or long airy maxi dress. Gents can do sharp suits, a nice button up top, sports coat, paired with polished pants. We encourage adding subtle Western details like cowboy boots, hat or a bolo tie to make the look uniquely yours. Keep in mind, we will be outside for majority of the event. Come prepared to feel stylish and have fun. Need Inspiration? Check out my Pinterest board: https://pin.it/61lrw06tM

2. Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

The initial ceremony will be indoors in the beautiful chapel. The majority of our wedding celebration will take place outdoors. However, there will be an indoor area available for those who may prefer to gather inside. Please be sure to check the weather forecast and come prepared for the elements, as we will be embracing the outdoor atmosphere throughout most of the day.

3. Are there any accommodations nearby?

There are Hotels listed under the TRAVEL tab. The only hotel that will have a hotel block will be La Palmilla for Saturday night only, where the wedding will take place. Any guest will be able to reserve a room or villa up until 90 days prior to the wedding, then the rooms will go to the general public. The link to book is included in the information section of La Palmilla in the Travel tab. If you do anticipate reserving a room at La Palmilla, we recommend booking it as soon as possible. No other hotels listed will have a hotel block and will be subject to whatever availability is present at the time of your desired booking date. At this time, you are only able to book Saturday. You can check back 90 days before the wedding to see if Friday is available as well.

4. What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by July 27th, 2025. We want to make sure we have enough space and food for everyone, so please let us know if you’re able to attend as soon as possible. You can RSVP on this website or by contacting the bride or groom as well as the wedding coordinator, Yuri (469) 610-7402. The same applies if some unforseen circumstance arise or you're simply not able to make it. Please let us know whether any plans change.

5. Can I bring a plus one?

We’ve reserved seating for our closest friends and family, so please check your invitation for details. If you received a “+1” on your invitation, you’re more than welcome to bring a guest! For all others, please RSVP as per your invitation.

6. Will the wedding be child-friendly?

We adore your children, but we’ve made the decision to host an adults-only celebration with the exception of our accounted for close families children. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the evening!

7. Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

No, we recommend that you plan in advance to coordinate carpool options with other invited attendees. The venue is an hour and 20 minutes from Dallas. Please plan accordingly to arrive on time and return back home safely after the wedding.

8. Are gifts required?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you'd like to gift us, we have created a honeymoon fund and registry for items we would like for our home. You can find both under the REGISTRY tab. You are welcome to either bring your gift or purchase through the registry. Everything is appreciated.

9. What should I do if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please let us know any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure to accommodate you. Whether you're vegetarian, gluten-free, or have other restrictions, we've got you covered with delicious options!

10. How can I stay updated on wedding details?

For the latest updates, please check our wedding website regularly, where we’ll post important details as the day approaches.

Contact the wedding coordinator, Yuri (469) 610-7402 for any additional questions that are not answered in the above. We are so incredibly excited to celebrate this moment with each and every one of you. Giving all the glory to our Lord and Savior, Jesus. Mark 10:9
